Blunomy is proud to have supported Meanings Capital Partners, a leading player in responsible private markets, in its majority investment in Moulinot, through a comprehensive strategic and impact due diligence.
Moulinot operates an integrated circular economy model focused on the collection and valorisation of organic waste. The company transforms biowaste from households, catering, the food industry, and retail into renewable energy (biogas and biomethane) and natural fertilizers. With around 200 employees, Moulinot is also a certified social integration enterprise, contributing to local job creation through training and inclusion programs.
As part of this transaction, Blunomy assessed the biowaste market dynamics, evaluated Moulinot’s asset base and competitive positioning, and analysed the robustness and scalability of its business model.
This project reflects our commitment to supporting investors and companies accelerating circular economy solutions, which are key to decarbonisation and resource efficiency.
